Logging in
Use your Borrower Barcode Number: Numbers on the back of your library card, no spaces.
PIN
If there is an email address on your account, you can reset your PIN by visiting https://search.griver.org/ and clicking "Log In" and then "Forgot my PIN."
You can also reset your PIN by going in person to one of our locations during open hours.
Staff cannot reset PINs over the phone or via email.
Note: if registered for a library card with GRRL prior to August 1, 2017, your PIN may be the month and date of your birth. For example, if you were born on October 15, 1960, then your PIN would be 1015.
GRRL strongly recommends that patrons select a PIN that is not based on date of birth.
1. From Homepage: Click My Account button on upper right or From Library Catalog page: Click "Log in"
2. Enter your Borrower Barcode and PIN
3. Click on My Account > Personal Information

You may change your PIN and edit preferences in this menu.
You may renew items and see times renewed/due dates here.
Requests menu features multiple options for items on request
Cancel Hold(s): If you no longer want an item being held or requested, click in box next to item and click Cancel Hold(s)
Edit Pickup Location(s): Users may change the pickup location for items on request. Click in box next to item and click Edit Pickup Location(s) to change the library for delivery.
Edit/Suspend Hold(s): If you want to suspend a request on an item for a date further into the future, click in box next to item and click Edit/Suspend Hold(s). Enter a date and then click the Suspend button to change the active date.
Activate Hold: To activate a suspended item, click in box next to item and click Activate Hold. A box asking "OK to Cancel Suspensions of the Selected requests? will appear. Click Yes to activate.
